Prayer knot bracelets

This is the most simple craft I've found, Rachel can do this easily. It is a simple knitting bracelet made from strands of wool. I like to use 2 or 3 colours together, but it's just as spectacular with one colour.

What brings this craft to life is when each knot becomes a prayer. A prayer for something or someone, of praise or request, in sorrow or joy.

Make one for yourself praying for all the people you love.

Make one for someone else with each knot being a prayer for them.

Make one for a specific situation or event.

Here are the step by step instruction s:

Step 1 - Drape the wool over two fingers


Step 2 - Wrap the wool around those fingers


Step 3 - pull the wool through the loop at the back


Step 4 - pull tight to make a knot


Step 5 - pull another loop of wool through the first loop


Step 6 - pull tight to a knot


Repeat steps 5 and 6 with knot after knot after knot until ...


Believe me when I tell you how easy this is, please grab some wool and have a go, and pray as you loop.
