What to do with a perfectionist child

I only just managed to wrestle this amazing picture from Rachel when I realised she was trying to rip it up.

"it's not good enough" She says as she's ripping it.

What am I to do with her?
Why can't she see how wonderful her work is? Why do the tiny imperfections (which I can't see) bother her so much?
