Today is day eleven
At least I think that's right
I've done 3 lots of walking today
Because I've got a meeting tonight
I do up to 5 minutes
Normally 3 is enough
I monitor my pulse
And my rate of puff
If it gets too high
On either of the scales
Then I ease back off
Even when I feel like a snail
My food is clean but perhaps
A little restricted I admit
This is a pattern I know well
So I'm taking back control of it
