We pray for your sons with you in heaven,
May they bask in your love and compassion.
Lord, Father of all
We pray for the bereaved families,
Bring your comfort and love to them as they deal with their loss.
Lord, Father of all
We pray for the miners who have lost their colleagues,
Give them strength as they work in the mine again.
Lord, Father of all
We pray for the community grieving their friends,
Fill them with compassion and community spirit as they live with the holes in their lives.
