Contemplation for all #prayer

I accidentally stumbled upon this amazing Tree of Contemplative practices and want the to share it as widely as I can.

In church settings you'll hear all about the importance of contemplation and often it is taken as meaning silence or retreat or stillness.

There's no denying that these things are important to many and can do most of us some good, but some of us have always felt that we are best fed by action.

Now we can be open about this fact and embrace different ways of contemplation.
