Look beyond image

There's too much judgement in the world. Too many people make assumptions based on how someone looks. But how someone looks is not who they are, it's not an indicator of how they are feeling; it's not a reflection of their inner life. How someone looks is literally skin deep; often a mask to hide the inner reality.

I have always hated the judgement of appearance, the requirement to look a certain way and societal expectations of beauty; it's so superficial.

I challenge you to look beyond the image, your own and everyone else's.

I challenge you to worry less about how you look and worry more about how you feel, think and act.

I challenge you to find out who someone really is, rather than make an assessment based on their appearance.
