According to The Telegraph the decision about the next Archbishop of Canterbury had been made and within the next few days we'll learn that Justin Welby, the Bishop of Durham, has accepted the post.
I don't know much about him other than he's a very different sort of man than those who went before, which will no doubt see an interesting time ahead. With experience in big business and over twenty years in ministry around the globe, it is certain that he understands the world we live in and the issues we all face.
Of course this is not aformal confirmation, but for now we in the Church of England and the Anglican Communion are called topray for the new ++ABC.
