Windows to the Soul

They say that the eyes are the window to the soul; well I knew Rachel's soul the minute I looked into her eyes.  I could see her goodness, her pureness, her energy and her enthusiasm.  This is the first picture we got with her eyes open, she's 6 days old and even then she's looking cheeky. 

I love it, I love the memory and I love the fact that still to this day I see her soul when I look into her eyes.
