Fatigue
Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms of multiple sclerosis.
Head too heavy
Have to stay lieing down
Can't move
Legs like lead
Dragging myself around
So hard
Arms dead weights
Can barely comb my hair
No joke
Eye lids closing
Physically overtaken
MS Fatigue
MS fatigue is very different from the tiredness or exhaustion that people without MS may have and is out of all proportion to any activity you may have been doing. Managing of fatigue is based around making the most of your available energy by learning pacing and prioritising what you do.

So very true. Poem says it like it is. MS fatigue creeps up unannounced and wacks me across the head. GGRRR
