You might have seen this on facebook a few times, it seems to do the rounds every now and again. Today I saw it and it really spoke to me about my own resilience and how I need to hold onto that as I move through the next few weeks. I have been through things I never would have thought I could cope with and I've always got back up; so I will keep doing.
