Since the start of advent on Thursday 27th November, the start of the current church year, I have been writing poems in response to the daily lectionary readings. It started as a way of going deeper in my daily prayer but I've realised might be something which others might like to read or respond to themselves. So here is the start of a new series which I intend to undertake throughout the coming year.
