I am surprised at my shock that Poland have fined a singer for bashing the Bible. It's not that I agree with what she said (it's here) because I don't; but I don't want to live in a world where criminal proceedings are taken on religious opinions.
The Bible and the Christian Faith can and will stand up for itself and remain strong and relevant through the generations. There will always be people who have problems with that and speak out, that does not matter, not to me.
So yes, I'm shocked that a Polish court have fined a singer for random comments on the Bible; I hope this doesn't spread to the UK.
