Heaven on earth #NaPoWriMoDayThree

Why?
Why do we live?
Do we know the reason?

What?
What's it all about?
What are we called to do?

Waiting?
Are we just waiting?
Waiting for entry to heaven?

Biding?
Just bidding our time?
Wondering when it'll be over?

Living?
Are we living it out?
Living to the fullest possible?

Calling?
Following a calling?
Doing something worthwhile?

Bringing?
Bringing joy to others?
Bringing heaven on earth?

Loving?
Loving God?
Loving ourselves and others?

Why?
Why do we live?
Do we know the reason?

I know mine
I'm thankful every day
That I know why if not how.

Kerry had challenged us to write something existential and this is my take.  It's taken hugely from this art entitled Eye by M. C. Escher (1946).

So many questions! I'm glad you have found your own personal answers.

The many questions posed beautifully in your poem. I am so happy to hear that you know the why if not the how. Knowledge usually brings peace,,,

Really nice close to this.

Faith is a wonderful answer to the why are we here and what does it all mean question. I enjoyed your poem, and admire your faith.

All those questions and then the peace of knowing your reason for being here. Lovely!

How do you know? I know my answer, part of which is the necessity of questions.

Strong and genuine - a powerfulanswer to the existentialists.

why and how. Related but two totally different questions. Nice response to this very difficult challenge.
