On the way back from the New Forest on Wednesday evening we saw eight rainbows. Eight rainbows in 90 minutes; that's some kind of record. The most spectacular were definitely the three that lit the sky together just outside Brockenhurst as we drove past ponies, but since I was driving and Mile wash underwhelmed we didn't get a photo of those. But even Mike couldn't resist the need to photograph these two rainbows ast hey touched down on the M3 just south of Winchester.
It was amazing to see a rainbow land, something I don't think I've seen before and certainly have never caught on camera. It was like God was touching down to earth, wonderful.
